Is there a way to adjust the stops for the handles? Three handles of mine do not stop parallel to the backsplash so it doesn't look right.

If the handles are not aligned with the sink, we recommend loosening the mounting hardware below the sink, aligning the handles, and retightening the mounting hardware. See the installation instructions for more information.

The aerator #RP101062 with the Nicoli #35749LF bath faucet shows 1.2 gpm flow rate . Our hot water tank is on the opposite side of the house from our bathroom. Are there any higher flow rate aerators available with the Nicoli faucet?

I bought this faucet two years ago and when I only turn on the right handle I hear a humming noise. Is this something inside the faucet that needs to be replaced?
Does the gooseneck on the wide spread Nicoli faucet swivel, or is it fixed? Also, does the Nicoli shower head swivel, or is it fixed in place?

The spout for this bathroom faucet does not swivel. The showerhead model 52668 has a swivel angle of 44 degrees.

Is the Nicoli widespread bathroom sink faucet made out of metal or plastic?
