We are very pleased with it performance and the look is stylish with clean lines and updated design. Really like the side single handle! We installed both units together, me mostly under the sink as my husband has limited mobility.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not ok I got this faucet and out of the box it leaked so I'm here attempting to get the cartridge for the faucet, as I am hopeful it will fix the problem.. as i read the reviews I realize I'm not alone and will plan to get the metal nuts instead of the plastic as wel.. I am hopeful the parts will work and I can keep the faucet. However conveniently the parts list isn't loading..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant, works well. Needed nut replacement. We own two sets. They are solid, work well and we have had no issues after installing new metal nuts. I will agree with other reviewers that the plastic nuts that were provided fail to provide the needed force to attach the handles to the counter top. Not only that, but they will quickly fail as the plastic threads in the nut get destroyed, as the threads on the handle assembly are made of metal. After contacting support, they quickly sent me a spare part, that allowed me to replace the failed nut. The new piece is made of metal, not plastic. The part # is RP-47423. This kit brings all the items needed to address the issue mentioned by other reviewers. I replaced all 4 plastic nuts and the items are working well, feel solid and after months, they don't appear to be getting loose.

I would like to first mention that my unit shipped with brass nuts, not the plastic ones shown in another review so it seems Delta has addressed that issue. Also I had no problem installing on a 1inch thick marble counter top. Other that that the faucet looks great, and works great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic tightening nut is a joke This is a terrible design. The plastic nut is stripped. There's no way to line it up accurately and nicely. It's easy to over tighten and strip.

Both handles are loose and I can’t figure out how to tighten them. Used to be able to pop top off and tighten screw?  Thanks

how do you detach the quick connects from the faucet spout piece?

Hello Jack, Thank you for your question! To remove the quick-connect hose of the Delta Alux Lavatory 35769LF-SP faucet, you would just squeeze the textured tabs together, push up, then pull down firmly. When re-connecting the hose, it should click into place. Best regards, Tanya

Our quick connect for one of the faucets is broken and one of the black  threaded brackets is stripped. Are we able to get these extra parts anywhere?

How do I access the stems on this faucet (Model 35769LF). The hot water turn-off is squeaking after less than one year. Instructions say remove the handle by hand turning the handle base (7) counterclockwise 35°. Diagram doesn't show a #7. Help please.
