The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your In2ition® hand shower precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. shower head
The hand held wond is hard to remove, it moves the shower head when you try to remove it from the head. The shower head has not been install yet at this point in time because of problems with contractor.

Hand held magnet not strong enough.
The magnet that is intended to hold the hand shower in the shower head is not strong enough, causing the hand shower to fall haphazardly. We are concerned that the hand shower will break our new tile wall when it comes crashing down.

The hand held isn't secure
The hand held piece, if not carefully and perfectly, placed in the head falls out. Is there any way to make it more secure? Also it was installed too high and I need an extender to lower it. The one I was on line can take 5lbs. How much does this weigh?

can't tip shower head down far enough
need quite a long piece coming out of the wall in order to get the shower head facing down. As shown on the picture the stream of water hits the other side of the tub!

how is the hose stretchable....from 60 to 82 inches? Also, what parts are stainless steel and what parts are plastic? thank you!

Our shower heads and hand showers use a propriety combination of both metal and plastic components to ensure a long lasting, high quality product, while maintaining safety control for the various temperatures of water that go through the product. With any shower head or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a plastic or a plastic-mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion and retains heat. The Stainless Steel interlocking metal coil spirals around the stretchable hose inside allowing for the extra space when fully stretched.

I'm looking for this new model to hit the retail market soon. Where I can go, compare, and buy a best match finish to my current brushed nickel bath finishes. Is this shower head still in limited release? I can't find a single customer review on it.

Please suggest the a tub faucet that would match this shower head. Also need a suggestion on the accessor that will match that changes the water flow to the shower head from the water running into tub. Thanks
Thank you for your question, Joseph! I would recommend the RP53419 tub spout, which has a pull-up diverter, that would allow you to divert the water from the tub spout to the shower head.

Is the shower Head made from plastic or metal?

With any shower head, or hand shower, the part of the faucet that you would grab onto is typically made of a high grade plastic or a plastic-mixture, for both safety, as well as to help prevent accidental scalding as metal is susceptible to corrosion and retains heat.

I am looking for an all metal one. Are the heads metal with plastic nozzles?
