The Delta® In2ition® Two-in-One Shower features a detachable hand shower which can be used separately from or simultaneously with the shower head. This integrated dual-functionality gives you maximum flexibility without sacrificing warmth, as you can choose to have water streaming from the shower head only, the hand shower only or both the shower head and hand shower at once. Delta® MagnaTite® Docking uses a powerful integrated magnet to pull your In2ition® hand shower precisely into place and hold it there so it stays docked when not in use. So Far So Good
We replaced our shower head after issues with an old plastic one that came with the house and wow it is incredible what spending a little more money can do for your life. So far this shower head is excellent. I saw reviews about the attachment being an issue potentially down the road but no concerns as of now. Great product, thanks Delta.

Awful and expensive!
Awful and expensive! I wouldn’t mind the expensive part if it worked well. The bidet part practically dribbles out with hardly any pressure. The hose is also way too short to do anything with other than when I rinse the tub after cleaning.

If I have another Delta shower/tub trim kit installed already, can I just replace my current shower head with this shower head, or are there other changes I would need to make for this to be compatible? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. The Delta 58620-CZ25-PK In2ition® H2Okinetic® 5-Setting Two-in-One Shower can replace an existing shower head and will work with an existing tub trim kit.

Is it possible to have water come out from only one head at a time? Does the water pressure go down if both are operated simultaneously during a shower?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 58620-PR25-PK.
The integrated diverter changes between the shower head only, hand shower only, or both. It is not designed to change the flow rate when the diverter is used. But you may notice a change if the home has lower water pressure.

Do you have a product manual that explains the function of the button on the hand held wand, particularly the hold function and the various types of flow from the wand? Why are there two reduced flow options?
Do you recommend an extended shower arm ie 7" when installing this product? I'm thinking if not the way this product is designed it may be too close to shower wall. I also don't want to order additional parts if not needed. Please advise. Best, Robyn

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 58620-PR25-PK showerhead.
The shower arm used with this showerhead would be up to the customer's preference. 7" is a typical arm length. For example the model T17489-PR includes this showerhead and a 7" shower arm.

How does this model (58620-25-pr-pk) differ from the 58620-25-pk?

The difference between 58620-25-PK and 58620-25-PR-PK is the type of finish. Our 'PR' coding stands for our Lumicoat Finish.
Lumicoat finishes can easily wipe clean without the need for cleaners or chemicals and are guaranteed to resist mineral buildup and hard water stains.

Do you have a part number for a shower arm that matches the shower head model 58620-PN-PR25-PK, (Lumicoat Polished Nickel finish). Also, what length shower arm is recommended for this particular shower head?

Are there any plastic parts in this unit?

Thank you for your question on 58620-CZ25-PK! I would be more than happy to assist today.
Non-metallic products are beneficial in that they do not rust or corrode and help prevent heat transfer. We also have a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all parts and finish. Unfortunately, we do not have a complete breakdown of the materials used. In general, metal parts are usually brass (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings), zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle), or stainless steel (set screw, undercover plate).
