Great toilet seat!
Does what the Manufacturer states. It’s very easy to install and the seat and lid both “slowly” closes, which is a feature we absolutely love especially with a child in the house who likes slamming toilet seats! Great seat to own!

The lid won't slowly close anymore. Only have had 5 months

Does the Morgan toilet seat work with an under seat bidet attachment?

Unfortunately, an under-seat bidet attachment will not be compatible with any of our toilet seats and I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

I am an older woman LOL. I just purchased two Morgan soft close elongated toilet seats. Got the old seat off easily. I can't figure out how to open the hinges. mine looks different than the pic on the box. PLEASE HELP

Just purchased Morgan slow close from Amazon. The lid stays up but the seat doesn’t. I adjusted bolts forward but seat still doesn’t stay up . What do I do ?

I purchaed a 811903-WH 15 months ago and the soft close mechanism has failed. Are there replacement parts available so I can fix it?

Is this a top mounted toilet seat. I have a Delta I have a Delta Rosa toilet that I purchased back in 2016. I am having a hard time finding a new toilet seat as it's been discontinued. Can you recommend a replacement? r

What is the seat made of? And do the screws that hold the seat and top together show?
