Delta® Toilet Seats with NightLight Technology provides a gentle, guiding light through the night. With the NightLight, there is no need to turn on the glaring bathroom light for nighttime tasks. The Sanborne™ Elongated Toilet Seat with NightLight in white is powered by 4 AA batteries with an illumination cycle that is 9 hours on and 15 hours off. This slow-close toilet seat helps prevent slamming for a quiet close. The quick release functionality allows easy removal for cleaning, and the innovative NoSlip™ seat bumpers keep the toilet seat from shifting and improve stability for added comfort. It would be helpful if you showed actual direction of "Right" & "Left" on the fasteners. It would also be helpful to state that the 9 hours of lighting begin when you install the fourth battery. These two things are easy enough to figure out, but would help to know up front.

Battery holder started blinking on & off, I replaced all the batteries but light is not working. Can I get a replacement battery Holder?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Installation Instructions This seat has a nifty attachment mechanism. But, it loosens up, and the batteries die and get wet. When you have to adjust and remove the seat - better have a perfect memory - because the instructions don't tell you how to install it!

Why has my 813902 lighted toilet seat started blinking on and off during the lighted mode?  I first thought it was telling me it had low battery power, so I replaced the batteries with new ones, but it still blinks.

We recommend that you only use fresh batteries, do not mix old and new batteries. Hello. I have two of these seats in my house. The plastic circular covers, cover only, have broken in half, exposing the hinge assembly. Can the covers be replaced without purchasing the entire hinge assembly?

Installed the Left castor to the bowl, but it won't tighten or loosen. The right one worked fine. How do you get the left one off? We are using all of our might with a manual and electric screwdriver and it won't come up!

How do you remove the seat for cleaning and then reinstall after cleaning? The instructions are not real clear on this.

Hello, Kevin D! Thank you for contacting us at Delta Faucet! I apologize for this information not being available to you and I understand how frustrating that can be but I will be happy to help! To remove and reinstall this Delta Faucet model 813902-WH Elongated Slow-Close / Quick-Release Nightlight Seat In White, simply pop off the hinge caps to expose the screw located beneath it. You will need a Phillips screwdriver to remove them. This will now allow you to remove the seat. repeat the steps in reverse order after cleaning.
