Quality Inspection Issue?
I purchased this elongated bidet seat (833004-WH) on Amazon, new - everything sealed.
I think the supply line (RP102065) connections were reversed (see photo).
It's working fine right now. Hopefully, I will not have any issues with this installation.
I'm assuming this is a quality inspection problem, which is the norm these days.

Supposed to have a spray for front and back. Both spray the same place. Customer service was no help.

Better than a new Tesla.
I'm really not rating this one star. It should get a ten maybe even 100. I don't even look at any ratings above a two so if you're like me and only read the negative I rated it a one just to get your attention. This is perhaps the greatest thing I've ever bought. Really. Super easy to install & works perfectly. I can't imagine how an engineer could have gotten anything so spot on. No miss, no mess. No need to even wipe. To bad it's made in China. If this is indicative of China's engineering we're in trouble. I might just go sit for an hour and let it run.

This is a great way to stay fresh after every trip to the bathroom. I will be purchasing another one for my second bathroom. You will save on toilet paper too. This product was very easy to install too

Leaves you feel so fresh and clean!
This Bidet Seat is nice and was easy to install. This bidet toilet seat doesn't require electricity, fancy plumbing, or batteries. Some might be worried about the cold water. It isn't really that cold as the water stays in the bidet hose so it stays about room temperature. I love that it has rear and front washes. Knob you can turn for the rear or front and off. The water pressure is fantastic and I got to say it cleans very well. When you run into the issue that the stores are out of toilet paper the bidet seat comes in hand. Also with the bidet seat, I save money on toilet paper as I use it so much. I just how it leaves me feeling so much cleaner than toilet paper. The seat is also comfortable. The lid closes nicely and easily so no more slamming lids. Overall I love the bidet seat. It is a must-have in my eyes.

Fantastic!
This bidet seat is fantastic. It’s really easy to install and cleans really well. Once you go to a bidet it’s hard to go back. Better for the environment, saves money and a better clean. I can’t recommend it enough!

Absolutely Obsessed!
I love love love this bidet seat! I've never owned a bidet toilet seat before, and was nervous about using it, setting it up, and how it would look. I set it up immediately upon receiving it, and it took no longer than 10-15 minutes. It was relatively simple, and all parts were included in the box. I also love that it does not require any electricity - I was nervous a plug running from the toilet to the wall would look messy, but this bidet seat looks clean and sleek. It looks fantastic in my bathroom, and just like a normal toilet seat. I've also loved using it - it is high pressure, and I've been using much less toilet paper. It has two settings, and is easily maneuvered with a dial on the left side of the seat.
My only hesitations about the seat are that it tends to move around a big on the toilet. The mechanism for holding the toilet seat in place come loose easily, and the toilet seat moved forward or backward when sitting on it (and needs to be adjusted often). Additionally, the water hooks up directly to your toilet's water supply, so the water is very cold. This doesn't bother me terribly, but is something to be considered.
All in all, I would recommend this product to anyone considering a bidet seat. I am highly impressed with it, and think it's a great value for the price!

Innovative Bidet!
The only Bidets I have seen are the ones that comes as an attachment. Having it included into the whole seat is a great idea because it makes the installation easier and the whole system more discrete.

do i need to tie the screws from the bottom. my toilet only lets me install from top with no access to bottom holes

I installed today, however the anchor on the left side lifts out of the hole on the toilet every time I tighten the screw at all. The right side seems to function correctly, but the entire seat moves immediately when I attempt to connect to the base.
Where does the small screened round part fit? I found it on the floor after connecting everything. Also, I had to buy a gasket for the part 3 connection - this should be included! Thanks.

The supply line shut off would need to be opened fully, then slowly back off to your desired pressure.
