How do you install a shower door on this? I have a 500 36x36 standing shower but the opening is 31 inches. How can a 36 inch wide door fit?

Can a Delta Classic 400 shower base be used with Delta Classic 500 3-piece wall surround?

I can't find a bifold shower door to fit this shower wall (B12205-3232-WH). The finished opening is only 27 1/4". Home Depot sold me the wrong one. Please help.

The installation manual specifies "direct-to-stud" installation. Can the surrounds also be installed over GWB (sheetrock)? Thank you.

What would be the overall height once the shower wall is seated down on the base? Your spec sheet gives a wall height and a base height but not a combined height! Yes I can add the two up but it doesn't tell me how much height I lose when it is on base!

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B12205-3232-WH.
The height of this wall set is 72" without the top flange. The Classic 500 model B12135-3232-WH shower pan is 3 1/2" without the flange that is covered by the walls.
The total height is 75 1/2" without the 1 1/4" flange at the top of the wall set.
