is it possible to have the deck mount faucet as well as a wall mounted showerhead with this tub?

How do you install the deck mounted faucet on this tub? It does not look like there are pre-drilled holes for the faucet.

Which tub faucet would you recommend to install with the Byron Tub. I do not like the tub filler that comes up out of the floor. I would prefer that it sets on top of the tub as in the pictures above.

What is the soaking depth of the DB256406-6032WH Bryon 60" x 32" Freestanding Soaking Tub? On Wayfair is shows a 22" Soaking Depth vs Delta's Website of the same tub as 16" soaking depth. Which is correct? Thanks.
