Too big for my hand
This soap dispenser looks nice, but it was too big for my hand. I have small hands, and when I put my hand underneath it to push down, the soap completely missed my hand and went straight into the sink. I got this one because it looked like it had the shortest dispenser arm, but no. Still too long. Had to return.

Good soap dispenser! Stem is on the shorter side so consider that when installing to avoid drips on the counter.

Love this!
Purchased this in 2018 and I love it. It’s not bulky looking. It works well, doesn’t drip, seems to allow just the right amount of soap at one time. Does not leave a lot of fingerprints or marks on it. Highly recommend this.

Q&A
Is it possible to order just the Head Assembly (RP21905) and pump (RP21908)? Spout on the head is broken and I can't seem to unscre the nut that holds the entire part in place. The 2 parts I mentioned would fix my problem and situation. Thank You

Is this or any other of your manual soap dispensers ADA compliant?

Can this dispenser use foam soap?
Thank you for your question, Lauren13. Most standard dish soaps, hand soaps, sanitizers, and lotions can be used. Foam soap will not foam.

Do you make a dispenser for FOAM soap?
I have several but they are for liquid soap.

A little plastic ring broke and my dispenser no longer works properly. Also a little bit of the finish chipped off of the top. Do I need to purchase an entirely new dispenser or can I get parts? I'm not sure what part I need based on the technical spec
