Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pump top rocks back and forth Compared to our previous version (made by Kohler), this is a piece of junk. The top is not stable -- it rocks back and forth when you depress it. Very annoying. Very poor quality for the price and brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Learn from my mistake As a plumber I expected a good product from Delta. However this soap dispenser has to be the biggest piece of junk I've ever installed. Bought an Amazon branded soap for my garage for fraction of the price that exceeded Deltas. Definitely will reevaluate my future Delta purchases.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Look away, loose and spins. Bought to match my trinsic kitchen faucets. Cheaply made, dispenser does not lock into place and simply sits on top on the unit, spinning easily. Solution: rubber O Ring helps to secure the top to the base. It’s not perfect but it helped to stabilize the dispenser from spinning all over the place. You could literally flick with your finger and it would spin around and around. Very disappointed with Delta on this model. Delta, you can do better!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing This was professionally installed 31 days ago. The soap dispenser rotates 360 degrees which is not like the display model at the Plumbing Supply House. We went back after installation and verified it didn’t rotate. Spent 40 minutes on the Delta Customer Service phone waiting (only to get disconnected). Went to the Q/As and it says that’s 360degree rotation is normal. Then, we see in another question the replacement bottle is discontinued. Is this the new Delta faucet company? We are extremely disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, but needs a hose kit. These soap dispensers are a great match for the Trinsic faucets. I put in two: one for hand soap and one for dish soap, to keep clutter off the countertop. Re: hose. It never fails, each time I try to fill these by pouring in soap from the top, it overflows and makes a mess. I wish they came with a hose/ tubing that you could place in a large bottle of soap in the cabinet underneath.

Would love to have the same style dispenser as the faucet, but we're getting our countertops cut/measured very soon, what is the diameter needed so it can be cut in advance? Could not find specs, thanks!

Is there any way to stop the dispenser from spinning, or at least slow the spinning down?
