Soap Dispenser
Initially, I called customer service to determine which finish I needed to order. I could not determine this from the pictures. We needed what I discribed as brushed nickel. We received a chrome looking part. I called Customer Service to return part, and this rep said that we needed the stainless steel finish. He expedited the order and we received within a week. We then returned the original shipment and our credit card was promptly credited with original purchase price. My wife was happy and therefore I'm happy.

Hi, this may be a strange question. But we bought a MODEL#: RP21905 soap dispenser. We have been filling it with regular dish soap like Dawn or Palmolive. But they appear to be to thick, making it dificut to depence. Is there a sope designed for the unit?

Hi, I bought the two recommended parts, the soap dispenser head and bottle RP21908 and RP21904. The dispenser head seems to long, does this need to be cut to fit the bottle?

Does this come in satin finish?

In general my kitchen faucet and sprayer are a very nice product. Why would the long thin part where the soap exits the dispenser, literally disintegrate where it is attached to the pump?

I am sincerely sorry to hear that the spout of your dispenser is disintegrating and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
There are a few factors to consider for why the material of the dispenser is disintegrating.
The protective finish present on the soap dispenser should have protected the material of the dispenser, although if a harsh cleaner has been used on it, it may have worn the finish away. Another possible reason for why the material has started to disintegrate could be that water was present on the dispenser for a prolonged period of time without being dried off.

Similar to a previous customer, I purchased the RP21905 and it was only the head. What is the part number for ordering the rest of it: Pump + Base & Gasket + Body Assembly + Nut + Bottle + Funnel?

I need the straw & gasket that dispenses soap to the tip and gasket that the pump attaches to. Does you part come with this?

This part, RP21905SS, will only include the head assembly.
The replacement part number for the straw is RP21908 and the replacement part number for the gasket is RP21907, which includes the base.
