Soap Dispenser Update
After contacting Delta Customer Service and providing them info, they sent out a new soap dispenser that works great. They stand by their lifetime warranty. Also, the Customer Service agent provided me the process to clean the faucet head (place 50% water and white vinegar in a zip-lock bag and soak the head for 15-30 mins) to clean it. It was not functioning properly, I am sure due to our hard water. The cleaning worked great.

Soap Dispenser Problem
Same problem as many others here. Pump for soap stopped working and will not come up. We have the bronze model now listed as RP90355RB. I like Delta and stick with them for faucet replacements (just bought one for a bathroom and one for laundry), but this accessory is disappointing.

Pump Issue
On and off problem with this for a while. Does not retract back and is just not the quality I expect from Delta. This is our second home with all Delta and now I am having second thoughts on this brand. Hope Delta faucet folks read this and make it right.

Update after 1 star review
I had originally rated this a one-star product due to the plastic pump breaking, but Delta was very quick to respond and took care of my problem immediately. Having worked in engineering/production support for several decades, I know "stuff happens" when mass producing parts for any application. How you're treated after the fact is what really matters, and Delta proved themselves worthy of praise.
I appreciate their quick response and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction; I am updating my prior review to a 5 star rating.

Poor pump design, no parts list, can't order parts
We've been satisfied with this dispenser for many years, when it works. I always flush the entire assembly before refilling the bottle, but about a year ago the pump began to stick. I'm an engineer and scientist so this is no mystery: the pump seals are wearing and/or swelling and are obviously not liquid dish soap compatible. What really grinds my gears is finding NOTHING HELPFUL on this website! No Parts!!!

The Plastic pump on this thing stinks!!!!!
We have had this in our home for over a year. We travel often and spend the winters in our Florida home so this doesn't get a lot of use. The pump is really bad and can not be repaired even with regularly cleaning it out.
The other thing is that there is no part number or any kind of identification on the pump or upper dispenser that would help you identify the model for ordering a replacement plastic pump. Not real happy about the time i have had to put into this to find a replacement plastic pump. In fact, I still have not found it.

Does Delta sell any soap dispenser which is mounted on the kitchen counter, but can be refilled from the top instead of having to go under the counter to refill the dispenser?

Will this soap dispenser be compatible with the Grant pull-out kitchen faucet SS? Also, does Delta carry a compatible water filter dispenser?

Will the finish on this dispenser match a brushed nickel faucet?

Thank you for your inquiry. The finish of this soap/lotion dispenser RP90355SP, in the Spotshield Stainless Steel would be one of the close matching finishes to brushed nickel. Although there is a glossy finish applied over the Stainless Steel to help prevent fingerprints and water spots, so you may notice a slight difference in the two finishes.

This came with my high-rise pull down faucet. I never figured out how to make it tight. I’ve studied the instructions off and on for months. The top just comes right up with little effort. Does it just sit there loose?
