Rated 1 out of 5 by from May look good, but it is cheap and doesn't work well With the water regulator, the water trickles and the flow splits. Without the regulator it's noisy and the water splits. New filters don't help, water flow splits. New spout doesn't help, water flow splits. Buy at your own risk. Spend more and get a better quality faucet or you'll end up having to remove it all and start over... in my case tiler and plumber fees.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handles keep coming off I ordered two of these faucets in the Champagne gold, but every time you turn it on it loosens the handle part and they both pop off ever 10 or so uses (Basically they come off once a week). I then have to put it back on and tighten the screw with an Allan wrench. I tighten it as hard as o possibly can. I can’t help but feel like I must be doing something wrong with how often they pop off, otherwise it’s just a huge design flaw. Help please!

Our wall-mounted Delta Trinsic faucets have so much water in their lines, that when one turns them off, they continue to drain for seconds... wasting gallons every month. My other brads of wall-mounted faucets do not. This faucet also came with such terrible install instructions (the diagrams were incorrect)-- it was so confusing-- we have to have the regional rep come to our site in order to get these installed properly. Otherwise, looks good.

The rotating faucet handle has a red dot on the left and a blue dot on the right, however when we turn it to the right it gets hot and to the left it gets cold. Was this faucet plumbed correct or do we need to ask the plumber to swap the lines?

What is the ideal mounting height above the countertop for the Trinsic wall-mounted faucet?

I bought this faucet and realize that the 7.5 inch spout is too short for my undercount sink. Will the Brizo model # faucet work with the same valve or any other model. Valve part # is DeltaSingle Handle Wall-Mount Lavatory Rough-In Kit SKU 1005870554

RE - Red dot is on the wrong side.  I checked with the plumber and we confirmed it is connected as per the specification. Best we can tell the faucet is miss labeled with the red dot on the left and the blue on the right. Likely a design flaw.

The dots indicate turning the handle like a lever instead of a knob. The bottom of the handle turns to the left for hot water and to the right for cold. I apologize for any inconvenience. We have the wheel variant. Is there a way to lock the temperature selection option (rotation) and only allow for water flow to be turned on and off. Our customers are having trouble operating the faucet. They turn the knob but water does not flow.
