Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great; poor design We have two of these installed in our 6 year old home in the master bathroom. I like the idea and the look, but the quality and design just doesn’t work. As others have mentioned, the water ends up sitting in the spout and has caused the faucet to erode. To avoid this, you would have to wipe it down with a dry cloth after every single use, which is clearly not practical. I would love to be able to get a replacement of just the faucet parts so I don’t have to replace the entire things ( two faucets with handles) with items that don’t match the rest of our house. But it I were doing it again I would not use this design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from looks great with cement sink The style of this faucet matches well with my more rustic, cement trough sink. The faucet seems to be high quality and well made. We have not installed it yet, so I can't comment on installation; but it looks great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointing I agree with all the previous low rating reviewers. We had 2 of these installed for our new construction home. The faucets look great, but are so frustrating because they do not drain properly. When the faucets are turned off the water rolls underneath the faucet and rolls backward and drips down behind the vessel sink. Also the water does not completely drain out if the channel and makes the inside slimy. We constantly have to scrub it clean every night. We have noticed that the metal is chipping/ corroding and turning green on the end of the spout. We specifically bought Delta because they have been known to be good quality and reliable. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the Ara line. We Have been so disappointed with the quality and performance of this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor design Loved the look of these faucets. Had them installed and within 1 month they already looked like they needed to be replaced. Water sits in the spout and does not drain out. The tip of the faucet is completely green. Inside the spout is etched from the water sitting. And, I have a water softening system so it is not caused by hard water! Terrible design. I have 2 of the identical faucets and both look terrible. So disappointed to have done a complete bathroom remodel with brand new fixtures that already look old and grimy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks all over countertop, water stands in spout, corroding after 2 months use Please avoid a lot of grief and do not buy this faucet. It looks pretty, and very dramatic sticking out of the wall. But the drama fades when you turn on the water and it runs back along the spout and all over your countertops every time you use it. I keep two hand towels by the sinks at all times to wipe up after every use. This is not a defect in installation, it is a problem with design. Also, water stands in the spout and gets slimy and the tip of the spout is already green and has corrosion after less than three months of use. The tub fixtures in this line are no better, already leaking. My contractor now needs to break through a tile wall to fix the tub fixtures. I have used this tub maybe 15 times total, and now we need to install a "replacement part"! I have the Delta representative coming to inspect it, and hopefully will resolve the problem. Do yourself a favor, don't buy this fixture.

Is this available for a vessel sink in chrome

can this faucet be used for a tub?

we are building a home and want the faucet and a waterfall type spout for the tub - s this unit of a size it could do a soaker tub?

There is a tub fixture available but would not recommend it. Leaking after less than 3 months use. Need to break through tiles to fix. See my review of this fixture, it's horrible.

How do you prevent water corrosion on top of spout?

Hi Lucie, Thank you for your question! Here are our cleaning and care instructions: Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward. Is it possible to get this model with a longer spout?

Thank you for your question. The Ara T3568LF-WL model does not have a longer spout available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do have other wall mount lavatory faucets with longer spouts, however. How high the spout end needs to be above the drain opening of a vessel sink to prevent least spashing?

Hi Lucie, Thank you for your question. We leave the spout height up to you, as sink depth and designs can vary. The best way to determine where to install the faucet is to place your hands in a natural position for washing them in your sink, and then allow for a comfortable amount of clearance under the spout.
