Hello installation design q, Thank you for your question. The Delta Zura Wall Mount Lavatory T574LF-WL faucet is designed to be use with vessel style lavatories. There is no recommended height or position for installing the spout. The handle can also be installed to rotate in difference direction for on/off, via installer or owner preference. Our Delta T574LF-WL is a wall-mounted lavatory faucet that allows a flow rate of 1.20 GPM @ 60 psi, This will not be sufficient to fill up a tub. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward.
